The Rapid Identification Of The Magnesium Salt and Calcium Salt In Pollen Typhae

目的:建立蒲黄中镁盐、钙盐快速检查方法。方法:镁盐的检查方法为取供试品将液,加氢氧化钠试液,不得出现明显浑浊。钙盐的检查方法为取供试品溶液,加甲基红指示液2滴,用氨试液中和,再滴加盐酸至恰呈酸性,加草酸铵试液,不得出现明显浑浊。结果:检查蒲黄134批次,其中4批样品检测结果为阳性。结论:采用化学反应方法可快速、简便地检查出蒲黄中是否掺入镁盐、钙盐。

Objective To establish a rapid specific method for the identification of magnesium salt and calcium salt in pollen Typhae and carried out methodology validation. Methods Check method of magnesium salt for the sample liquid, adding sodium hydroxide solution, there shall be no obvious turbidity. Check method of calcium salt for the testsolution, plus 2 drops of methyl red indicator solution, using ammonia solution and adding hydrochloric acid to it is acidic, with ammonium oxalate solution, no obvious turbidity. Results 134 samples of Typhae pollen with magnesium salt and calcium salt check, 4 samples of Typhae pollen in which the test result is positive. Conclusion This study provided a new reference for the rapid detecting of magnesium salt and calcium salt added in- to pollen typhae.
