International Comparison of the National Innovation Competitiveness and Economic Growth

近年来,随着全球科技创新的快速发展,各国纷纷意识到一国的创新竞争力对国家发展的重要性。因此,如何测评国家创新竞争力,并从测评结果中找出国家创新竞争力提升的制约因素是国家管理层和学术界共同关注的问题。本文在研读大量国内外文献并汲取专家学者的研究成果的基础上,建立了较为健全的国家创新竞争力评价指标体系,运用基于变异系数赋权的灰色关联分析方法对国家创新竞争力进行排名。

In recent years,with the rapid development of world science and technology innovation, countries have realized the importance of competitiveness of a country＇s innovation for national development. So. How to evaluate national innovation competitiveness and from the evaluation results to find out the restriction factor of promoting national innovation competitiveness is a common concern for national management and a-cademia. Based on the study of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and on the basis of absorbing the research achievements of experts and scholars,the establishment of a sound national innovation competi-tiveness evaluation index system, using the gray correlation analysis method based on the coefficient of vari-ation of empowerment on national innovation competitiveness rankings,and using the panel data model to study the effect of national innovation competitiveness on economic growth.
