社会治理视角下“双工”联动策略的实践探索——以深圳市S社区为例

The Practice and Research on the Positive Duplex Linkage Model from the perspective of Social Governance——A Case Study of S Community in Shenzhen City

"双工"联动在社区工作服务中发挥着至关重要的作用。最初的"双工"联动设想为"社工引领义工服务、义工协助社工服务"的模式。在实际操作过程中,"双工"联动的发展遭遇到了诸多难以解决的问题。社会治理视角的引入拓展了"双工"联动的内涵,本文以深圳市S社区为例,提出了一种通向良性"双工"联动的策略:"双工"从个人走向组织的联动。

＂Duplex＂linkage model,combine the professionalism of social workers and volunteer service experience and integrate kinds of resources, plays an important role in community service work in recent years. The linkage was originally conceived as ＂duplex social workers lead the volunteer service, volunteer assistance services＂model.In practice,however,the implementation of the ＂duplex linkage＂is disappointed partly, such as the problems of operating difficulties and low efficiency.After drawing the perspective of social governance into the ＂duplex linkage＂,the connotation of ＂duplex＂linkage is further expanded.This paper takes two typical cases of S community in Shenzhen city, through the description, comparison and analysis,This article tries to find out a benign ＂duplex＂linkage service model,and thinks that the benign ＂duplex＂linkage strategy is the linkage of the duplex from individual to organization.
