我国软件产业影响因素的实证分析——基于我国2006-2013年27个省市软件产业的面板数据

Empirical Analysis of China's Software Industry——Based on the Panel Data of China's Software Industry from 2006 to 2013

本文通过对2006-2013年我国27个省市软件产业的面板数据进行实证分析,研究了研发投入和知识产权保护力度对软件产业的影响,发现研发投入和专利授权量对软件产业的发展具有显著的促进作用,并根据我国现阶段软件产业出现的弊端提出了相应的政策建议。

To study the influence of RD investment and protection of intellectual property rights in China ＇s software industry, this paper makes an empirical analysis of China＇s software industry, using panel data of 27 provinces from 2006 to 2013. We can find that RD investment and patents are playing significant roles in pro-moting the development of software industry. In the end, summarized a conclusion and put forward the corre-sponding policy suggestions according to the shortcomings of the software industry in China.
