摘要
文章基于人力资源指数对XA集团企业进行了招聘管理指数研究,设计了一套能够全面、立体评价企业招聘全过程的管理指数,该指数分为两个部分,分别是社会招聘体系和校园招聘体系,两套体系均包含目标层、准则层、指标层及要素层。本文采用层次分析法对各层指标赋值,通过访谈及问卷调查,得到各层指标分数,分析结果并提出建议。
This article focuses on enterprise recruitment management index of XA Group, based on human re-source index. We designed a set of comprehensive evaluation index of enterprise recruitment process manage-ment. It is divided into two parts, respectively is the social recruitment system and campus recruitment sys-tem. Each of them includes the target layer, criterion layer and index layer and elements layer. In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) is adopted to each index assignment, through interviews and question-naires, scores of each index can be calculated. Then the results were analyzed and suggestions are put forward.
