艾灸配合耳穴压豆预防荧光素眼底血管造影胃肠反应的临床观察

Clinical observation on combined therapy of moxibustion and auricular point pressing with bean in prevention of gastrointestinal reaction induced by fundus fluorescence angiography

目的观察艾灸配合耳穴压豆预防荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)胃肠反应的效果。方法将268例FFA受检者分为干预组和对照组各134例,对照组在检查前予常规护理措施,干预组检查前增加艾灸配合耳穴压豆。艾灸取穴神阙、中脘、足三里,耳穴取穴胃、脾、膈、神门。比较两组受检者在检查期间的胃肠反应情况及检查依从性。结果干预组134例,未出现胃肠道反应者115例(85.82%),出现一过性恶心但未中断检查者10例(7.46%),有恶心、呕吐且造成检查中断者9例(6.72%);对照组134例,相应的人数分别为86例(64.18%),28例(20.90%),20例(14.93%)。干预组胃肠道反应情况好于干预组(Z=-3.988,P<0.001),中断检查的发生率亦明显低于对照组(χ2=4.679,P=0.031)。检查依从性比较,干预组检查中能积极配合者118例(88.06%),基本配合者11例(8.21%),不能配合者5例(3.73%);对照组的相应人数分别为98例(73.13%),28例(20.90%),8例(5.97%)。干预组依从性好于对照组(Z=-3.011,P=0.003),其积极配合率明显高于对照组(χ2=9.544,P=0.002)。结论艾灸配合耳穴压豆可以预防FFA检查胃肠反应的发生,疗效可靠安全,操作简便易行,有助于患者顺利安全地完成检查。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion and auricular point pressing with bean in the prevention of gastrointestinal reaction induced by fundus fluorescence angiography（FFA）. METHODS Two hundred and sixty-eight patients were divided into treatment group（134 patients） and control group（134 patients）. Before FFA, subjects in both groups were received conventional nursing, patients of treatment group added moxibustion on Shenque（CV8）, Zhongwan（CV12）, Zusanli（ST36）, and auricular pressing with bean on point Stomach,Spleen, Diaphragm and Shenmen. And then gastrointestinal reaction induced by fundus fluorescence angiography as well as compliance in two groups were recorded and compared. RESULTS Theincidence of gastrointestinal reaction in treatment group was lower than that of control group（Z=-3.988, P〈0.001）;The incidence of stopped examination in treatment group was lower than it of control group（χ^2=4.679, P=0.031）.There was better compliance in the treatment group than control group（Z=-3.011, P=0.003）, the active participation of the patient in the treatment group was higher than that of control group（χ^2=9.544, P=0.002）. CONCLUSIONS The treatment of moxibustion and auricular point pressing with bean in the prevention of gastrointestinal reaction induced by fundus fluorescence angiography was safe and reliable in addition to simple and feasible which was helpful for the patients to undergo the examination favorably.
