摘要
飞机除冰液换热器是实现飞机除冰作业的主要设备之一,换热器的换热效果直接决定了飞机除冰的效率。根据飞机除冰作业标准要求,对一种新型飞机除冰液快速燃油换热器进行了详细的分析,对换热管内的除冰液的加热过程进行了传热分析,计算出了在满足换热器各个参数基础上除冰液从换热管出水口流出时的温度,其次根据计算结果阐述了该设备的优缺点以及改良的可能性。在此基础上,对已经设计出的换热器进行了尺寸上的改良,减少了换热管的半径尺寸,计算出了设备最优尺寸,并分析了该改良方案的可行性。
Aircraft deicing fluid heater is one of the most important devices for deicing operation. According to the requirement of aircraft deicing operation standard, a new type of aircraft deicing fluid heater is talked by detail. The transfer process of the deicing fluid's heating in the tube is analyzed. The temperature of the deicing fluid at the exit of the tube with original parameters is calculated. The numerical analysis, the advantage and disadvantage of the device are included in this paper. What's more, some optimization is offered to make tbis device better by changing the radius of the heat exchange tube. The best size of the tube is calculated, and the practicability of the optimization is also talked.
