摘要
随着军用电子装备的性能提升和功能扩展,数据记录仪开始向大容量、高速度、高可靠性的方向发展。本文提出了一种基于嵌入式软核的记录仪设计方法,通过FPGA芯片中的NIOS Ⅱ软核实现对存储系统的控制,结果表明,本方法可以有效提高记录仪的存储密度、读写速度以及可靠性。
With the improvement of performance and function for military electronic equipment, large c, apacity, high speed and high reliability have become a trend for data recorder. A design of data recorder based on embedded processor has been proposed in this paper, storage system could be controlled with NIOS II CPU Core of FPGA. Results have proved that the storage density, write speed and reliability can be greatly improved.
