高压大功率串级调速系统中升压斩波电路的模块化设计

摘要 针对高压大功率串级调速系统中升压斩波电路的实现问题,提出了一种机械结构模块化设计。该模块化设计主要由IGBT、续流二极管、电容组成,还包括连接铜排、连接铜柱、螺栓、绝缘板、绝缘薄膜、IGBT水冷板、IGBT光纤驱动板,并融入了接线方式、电气绝缘、电气间隙与爬电距离、水电隔离、光纤高低压隔离等设计思想,采用叠层母排设计及IGBT水冷散热方式,解决了升压斩波电路杂散电感过大、IGBT冷却效率低、并联回路结构设计困难、系统拓展与维护不易进行等问题,该模块化设计减小了斩波回路的体积,便于系统拓展与维护。 This paper aimed at the realization of boost chopping circuit in high pressure high-power cascade speed control system, proposed the mechanical structure modular design. This modular design was mainly composed of IGBT, freewheeling diode and capacitor, also included copper bars for connection, copper columns for conneetion, bolts, insulating boards, insulating film, water-cooling plate of IGBT, fiber driving plate of IGBT, and was merged into the design ideas just like connection mode, electrical insulation, electrical clearance and creepage distance, isolation of water and electricity, isolation of high and low voltage by fiber and so on, and solved the problems just like stray inductance is too large, parallel loop structure is difficult to design, development and maintenance of the system is difficult to implement and so on. This modular design reduced the volume of chopping circuit and was convenient for development and maintenance of the system.
