摘要
鉴于旅游商品消费对旅游收入有极大的促进作用,从中央到地方政府都将旅游商品改革列入旅游供给侧改革的重要目标之一。作为文化资源大省,河北省可以将文化旅游商品当作大力促进旅游消费的抓手。结合因子分析法和均值分析法,分析目前文化旅游商品消费中的障碍性因素,得出特色因素和价格因素是主要障碍因素,尤其已有特色商品价格过高、不具有景点或地名标识是主要的具体障碍因素。河北省文化旅游商品供给侧改革的重点应放在开发低端特色商品上,突破点应放在强化商品地理标识度上,同时长期抓手应放在土特产的深加工上。
Due to the significantly positive effect of cultural tourism product consumption on tourism income, both of the Chinese central and regional governments take cultural tourism product reform as one the important goals of tourism supply-side reform. As a province which owns abundant cultural resources, Hebei actually can focus on the reform of cultural tourism product to boost regional tourism consumption. Based on the analyzing method of factor analysis and mean value analysis, this paper analyzed the obstacles in improving the consumption of cultural-tourism-product. The analyzing result of main obstacles came out to be that most products lack of Logo of Scenic Park or name of the destination while most of the charming products are designed for upper classes. Thus, low-end unique long-term effort to promote supply-side reform of cultural-tourism-product were proposed, including emphasizing on the development of products, taking adding Logos of scenic parks and names of destination on products as breakthrough method, and putting on deep process of agricultural products and rural crafts.
