摘要
采用微波消解法处理罗汉果样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定罗汉果样品中的微量元素钠(Na)、镁(Mg)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、汞(Hg)和铅(Pb).在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.19~20.3μg/g,精密度为2.92%~10.9%,回收率为80.83%~105.60%.
Siraitia grosvenorii samples can be treated by microwave digestion method, using inductively cou- pled plasma mass spectrometry (icp-ms) determination of trace elements in samples of fructus momordicae so- dium (Na) , magnesium (Mg) , potassium (K) , calcium (Ca) , manganese (Mn) , zinc ( Zn ) , arsenic (As) , seleni- um (Se) , mercury (Hg) and lead (Pb). Under the optimized experimental conditions, the method of detection limit of 0.19 ~ 20.3 μg/g,relative standard deviation is 2.92% ~ 10.90% ,recovery rate is 80.83%- 105.60%.
