摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对新时期我国竞技体育后备人才培养问题中不同培养对象的"任务目标"及不同路径"培养模式"进行探讨,提出新时期我国培养竞技体育后备人才时,在建立任务目标及不同路径培养模式下政府职责的相关建议,以期为提高我国竞技体育后备人才培养质量,推动我国竞技体育的持续性发展提供参考。
Bv usinz the methods of documents, and logical analysis, this article discussed the ＂mission objectives＂ and the different ＂training modes＂ of difference training objects in the new period, puts forward the relevant suggestions on the establishment of the target and the different path training mode in the training of sports talents in the new period, in order to improve the quality of our country competitive sports reserve talents and provide reference to promote the sustainable development of Chinese competitive sports.
