国外社交媒体文件归档的政策研究

A Study on the Policy of Archiving Social Media in Foreign Countries

社交媒体文件是电子文件在Web2.0时代的一种新形式,在国外已经逐渐成为档案部门新的工作对象。文章以社会记忆理论为基础,从美国、英国、澳大利亚国家档案馆近年发布的社交媒体文件归档相关政策切入,涉及归档的依据与保障、主体与客体、条件与范围、内容及组织形式等四个方面的内容,并对上述三个国家社交媒体文件归档政策进行介绍与分析。

Social media records are a new form of electronic records in the Web2.0 era, in foreign countries, it has gradually become the new object in archival work areas. Based on the theory of Social memory, this paper analyzes the related policies of social media records published by the National Archives of the United States, Britain and Australia in recent years. It involves the basis and safeguard of archiving, subject and object, condition and scope, content and organization form by which to introduce and analyze the policies published by three countries mentioned above.
