摘要
为利于无梁结构体系设计的优化,针对不同尺寸柱帽的板柱结构进行数值建模,以分析无梁楼盖体系在不同尺寸柱帽下的受力性能。研究发现,板柱结构的受力性能随着柱帽张角、高度、拖板尺寸的增大在一定范围内有所增加,当超过一定尺寸时受力性能反而降低。为了使板柱结构达到较为理想的受力性能,又能经济实用,建议采用张角在45°~55°内,高度为350~400 mm,托板尺寸在2 800 mm×2 800 mm^3 200 mm×3 200 mm区间的柱帽。
This paper studied the mechanics performance of beams in different size under the cap, the numerical modeling analysis for slab column structures with different sizes of column cap, the performance obtained with the size of column cap change trend stress of slab column structure, and the mechanical properties of slab column structure with the increase of column cap size increase in a certain range. When the performance decreased conclusion stress exceeded a certain size. After the analysis of this article based on security obtained economic size: the angle of 45 DEG - 55 DEG, height 350 - 400 mm, pallet size in column 2 800 mm × 2 800 mm - 3 200 mm × 3 200 mm interval, make guidance for the optimization design of the future free beam structure system.
