摘要
与普通高职高专学生相比,五年一贯制幼师生有其独特性,因此,对五年制幼师生的管理也应有针对性。从五年一贯制的学制特点、五年制幼师生的特点和对五年制幼师生的管理三个方面探讨管理模式,并针对管理形式和内容进行阐述。
Compared with general higher vocational students, preschool education students of five- year system have their unique characteristics. Therefore, the management for five- year system students should also be targeted. The management model is discussed and the form and content of management are expounded in this article in detail from three aspects on the charac- teristics of five- year system ,the characteristics of students,and the management strategy.
