摘要
教师实践性知识研究、教师专业发展理论和世界范围内的教师教育实践证明,实践是教师培养和教师专业发展过程中至关重要的环节,发挥着不可替代的作用。基于卓越教师培养的"大实践"教学体系以实践取向的教师教育理论为指导,以大学、中小学伙伴协作为依托,引进实践共同体、认知学徒制和临床实践模式,打造校内校外相结合、学生活动与课堂教学相结合、大学理论学习与中小学实践相结合的"三结合"实践平台,以构建理论与实践融合互动的全程化(2+4+18)、立体式、开放型卓越教师培养的"大实践"教学模式与体系。
In accordance with the research on teachers' practical knowledge, the theory on teachers' professional development, and worldwide teaching practice, practice is proved to be the crucial stage in teacher training and the professional development of teachers and play an irreplaceable role in this process. Under the guidance of the practice-oriented educational theory, and based on the cooperation between higher education and primary as well as secondary education, the "Grand Practice" teaching system for fostering excellent teachers introduces the community of practice, cognitive apprenticeship, and the model of clinical practice. This system creates a practical platform for the integration of activities on and off campus, the combination between student activities and classroom teaching, and the link between the theoretical study in colleges and practice in primary and secondary education. This system aims at constructing the whole-ranged (2+4+18), comprehensive and open "Grand Practice" teaching model and system for fostering excellent teachers with the integration and interactivity of theory and practice.
