摘要
教育见习、演习、实习和研习是师范生教育实践的四个基本环节,这四个环节的教育实践相辅相成、缺一不可,形成了一套有机联系的教育实践教学体系。保障师范生教育实践过程的有效实施,必须加快完善教师教育协同创新机制,构建校内实训机制,形成双师型教师指导机制、完善教育实践支持机制。
Four basic links of educational practice for normal students in the normal universities and corteges are educational probation, trial teaching, teaching practice and teaching research. The four links are complementary to each other and none of them is dispensable, together forming a set of organic system of educational and teaching prac- tice. To ensure the effective implementation of students' educational practice, we should accelerate the improvement in teacher education and collaborative mechanism, build on-campus practical training mechanism, shape double-certifi- cate teacher guiding mechanism and improve the supporting mechanism of educational practice.
