摘要
本文在以日本劳动者长时间劳动引发"过劳死"事件的基础上,梳理了政府的相关法律措施。通过对不同劳动时间的劳动者比率进行国际比较,发现日本普遍存在以男性长时间劳动,而女性兼职工作为主的二元化现象。通过政府部门的多项数据显现了日本长时间劳动及其结构特征的真相。并对无偿加班,无薪年假的原因进行了阐释。从劳动时间的角度揭示了日本劳动者"过劳"产生的缘由。并对相关的法律规制问题进行了讨论分析。
In this paper, basis of Japanese labors work for a long time cause on the "karoshi" event, combing the government police on a question of "karoshi" step by step. Through the international comparison of labor time, male labors work for a long time, but the female labors work on the part-time job, this duality phenomenon is very common and helpless for unpaid overtime. Through the government department data appeared long time labor and labor time structure characteristics of the truth in Japan. To do unpaid overtime, discusses the causes of no paid annual leave. From the perspective of labor time reveals the cause on the problem of "overwork". And the relevant legal regulation is discussed.
