Xijing Hospital is devoted to explore the delicacy management via reducing the average length of stay and developing novel medical technologies, as well as the implementation of clinical project management. Through the practice, what we learned is that focusing on the clinical details is the most significant aspect of the delicacy management, which request the administrators to lead the hospital from the perspective of global criteria and international concept. With the delicacy management,the constant development in the national health care reform could be obtained only if the hospital could provide the greatest experience and therapeutic effects to all patients with the lowest medical costs.
