Research progress of time management disposition among nursing undergraduates

时间管理倾向是个体在使用时间方式上所表现出来的心理和行为特征。本文介绍时间管理倾向的作用机制、测评工具;阐述不同特征护理本科生时间管理倾向间的差异;总结有关护理本科生时间管理倾向与焦虑、学习适应性、自尊、自我效能感、拖延行为等相关性的研究进展,并具体分析、总结有关研究现状的特点。为提高护理本科生时间管理能力进一步研究提供依据。

Time management disposition is a psychological and behavioral characteristic in terms of individuals＇ using of time. The paper summarized the mechanism of action and assessment tools of time management disposition, expounded the difference of time management disposition among nursing undergraduates with different characteristics, summed up the research progress of the relationship between time management disposition and anxiety, learning adaptability, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and procrastination. This paper summarized the current research progress in order to improve the time management ability among nursing undergraduates.
