Research progress of assessment and intervention of the illness acceptance among chronic diseases patients

本文对疾病接受的概念、测评工具以及研究现状进行综述,发现疾病接受度受人口学因素、疾病、心理社会等多方面因素的影响;现阶段的干预措施主要为心理治疗,在提高疾病接受度方面取得一定成效,但仍未有特异性针对性的措施。此外,开发本土化的测评工具以及探索特异性的干预措施是今后我国在该领域的发展重点。

We reviewed the concept of illness acceptance, evaluation tools and research status and found that the level of illness acceptance was affected by many factors, such as demographic, disease, social and psychological factors. There was still no specific targeted intervention except psychological therapy. In addition, the development of localized assessment tools and exploring the specific interventions are the research focuses in this area in the future.
