摘要
以10t/h蓄热式燃气锅炉为试验平台,对其SNCR脱硝特性进行试验和数值模拟研究。试验结果表明,经SNCR脱硝处理后,烟气中氮氧化物浓度大幅降低,脱硝效率最高可达62%。数值模拟结果表明,炉膛大部分区域氮氧化物浓度大幅降低,但炉膛两侧区域氮氧化物浓度仍较高,在现有方案基础上增加4支均匀分布的小喷枪后,炉膛中心及两侧区域氮氧化物浓度均大幅降低,脱硝效率进一步提高至66%。
The paper is about experimental research and numerical simulation on the SNCR system based on the test of 10t/h regenerative fired-gas boiler. The experimertal results show that the nitrogen oxides in the gas had a significant reduction in concentration after treatment, and denitration efficiency was up to 62%. The numerical simulation results show that the nitrogen oxides in the most of furmace area had a significantly reduction, however the nitrogen oxides in the both sides of the furnace had a higher concentration. After we added 4 small guns to the existing programs, the nitrogen oxides concentration in the two sides and central region of furnace had significantly reduction, and the NOx removal efficiency was increased to 66%.
