摘要
为实现炉衬持久而稳定地工作,对燃烧器炉衬进行有效冷却非常关键。针对上海某企业一台20 t/h燃煤蒸汽锅炉及二台有机热载体锅炉的改造及运行经验,实施了三种冷却水利用方案。结果表明:对于有大量低品位热水需求的企业,间接利用方案能很好适应各种炉型;若企业无热水需求,且蒸汽锅炉持续运行的负荷不低于66.5%,直接利用方式特别适合于蒸汽锅炉;综合利用方案兼有直接利用与间接利用的特点,锅炉负荷在比较宽范围内均能满足燃烧器炉衬冷却的要求,冷却水得到合理利用。
In order to achieve a durable and stable condition of lining, the effective cooling of the burner is critical. Based on the experience of transformation and operation of 20 t/h coal-fired steam boiler and two organic heat carrier boiler in a Shanghai enterprise, three kinds of cooling water utilization ways are implemented. The results show that the indirect utilization way can adapt well to various types of furnace for enterprises with the demand of a large number of low grade hot water. If the enterprise has no demand of hot water, and the continuous operation load of the steam boiler is no less than 66.5%, the direct utilization way is particularly suitable for steam boiler. Comprehensive u- tilization plan has the characteristics of direct utilization and indirect utilization, and the load of boiler can meet the cooling requirements of lining in a wide range, and the cooling water can be reasonably used.
