摘要
在某原料场输入输出系统大修改造工程项目中,通过对原料场胶带输送机头部漏斗存在的问题进行分析,结合三维软件Inventor的使用,对漏斗的结构型式、衬板的选材及布置等进行了优化设计。实践结果表明:改进后的漏斗在耐磨、防堵料等方面得到了有效改善,保证了后序工艺的稳定运行,提高了胶带输送机的作业率。
In the reconstruction project of raw materials input and output system in Baosteel, after analying of the problems of the hopper at the head of rubber-beh conveyor, combining with the use of three-dimensional software Inventor, the optimization design of structure type of hopper, lining board material selection and layout was carried out. The practice results show that the modified hoppers are effectively improved on wear-resisting and preventing plug material,which ensure the stable operation of order process and improve the operation efficiency of rubber-belt conveyor.
