摘要
目前国内大多数转炉炼钢厂的副原料控制是依据现场操作人员的生产操作经验进行控制,因此,如果能从转炉炼钢数据资源中提取操作人员的经验知识,将有利于提升转炉自动炼钢控制技术。采用分段线性分析法对转炉炼钢副原料配料方法进行知识发现,结合转炉工艺构建分段指标规则实现数据集的有效分类,工业数据测试获得了较好的效果。
At present the raw materials control for most of the domestic converter steel plant is dependent on the operators' experience. If the operation experience can be extracted from the converter steelmaking data resources, it will be beneficial to improve automatic converter steelmaking control technology. In this paper, piecewise linear analysis can be used to discover the knowladge of converter steelmaking assistant materials controlling. Combination of converter technology, segmentation index rules is constructed to realize effective classification of data sets. The industrial data test results is satisfactorv.
