湖南省农民体育健身工程的政府购买服务研究

Government Purchase of Service of Farmer Sports Fitness Project in Hunan Province

目的了解政府在购买服务方面的现状,并提出相应的对策和建议。方法利用湖南省第6次全国体育场地普查数据,运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、田野调查等方法。结果湖南省农民体育健身工程难以满足农民日益提升的健身需求;政府购买服务存在主体单一、总量不足、管理缺失等问题。结论农民体育健身工程战略对促进农村体育发展具有重要作用。

Objective To understand the current situation of government purchase of service, this study gave some suggestions and countermeasures. Methods By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and field investigation, this research based on the data of Sixth National Sport-Site Investigation.Results Hunan provincial farmers sports fitness project can not meet the increasing demand for fitness, and there were many problems in the government purchase service, such as unitary subject, insufficient amount and management deficiency. Conclusion The strategy of farmer physical fitness project plays an important role in promoting the development of rural sports.
