新疆南疆职业教育与产业对接现状分析与发展对策

Connection Between Vocational Education and Industries in South Xinjiang

新疆南疆职业教育发展不仅关系到经济的发展，更关系到社会的稳定和长治久安。长期以来南疆的职业教育在国家援助项目的支持下，基础设施建设取得了显著的成效，但在职业教育发展的政策环境、内部管理机制、人才队伍建设、专业课程体系建设、社会服务能力、技术研发积累和产教融合体系建设方面还存在诸多问题，这些都需要区内外职业教育专家给予把脉、会诊和指导，也需要南疆职业院校依据区域产业发展和职业教育发展规律，大胆进行改革创新，在职业教育改革实践中找到自己的角色和职责。

Vocational education in South Xinjiang has developed enormously, but there are still some problems in political environment, internal management mechanism, staff construction, professional curriculum system and so on. In order to improve vocational education efficiently, we should connect vocational education with industry.
