高职教育课程改革初探

在经济发展方式转型的总体趋势下，用人单位对高职生的要求越来越高，原有的高职教育课程体系无法适应社会发展的要求，因而迫切需要推进高职教育课程改革。高职教育课程改革要以职业为导向，以提升人才培养质量为宗旨，突出终身发展的理念。当前，要大力加强“双师型”教师培养，重视实践课程的开设和评估，打通理论课程与实践课程教学的内在联系；重视通识课程的开设，密切关注学生终身发展的需求，努力推进高职课程改革向纵深发展，为国家创新发展提供重要的人才支撑。
