摘要
基于虚拟仪器构建商用车电性能综合测试系统,以满足整车条件下商用车电量平衡测试需要,为电器部件匹配选型提供测试手段。首先对测试系统硬件进行选型,设计以美国NI cRIO-9033控制器为核心的测试系统,实现对发电机和蓄电池端电压和电流、发动机转速及车速、温度等信号的同步采集。然后给出测试系统的虚拟软件设计方案,采用多线程和状态机技术,提高了软件运行实时性和好的人机交互性能,同时占用硬件资源少。最后进行商用车电性能虚拟综合测试系统的场地实车试验,试验验证了本系统工作的可靠性。
The test system is developed for the study of commercial vehicle electrical performance based on the virtual test technology, which aims to meet test requirements on the commercial vehicle power balance performance. Firstly, the hardware selection is determined and the NI cRIO-9033 controller based test system is designed, which could achieve synchronous acquisition of the generator and battery terminal voltage and current, engine speed and vehicle velocity, temperature, etc. Then, the virtual software design of the test system is described in detail, in which the multithreading and state machine technologies are employed to improve the system running in real time and to obtain outstanding human-computer interaction performance with lower hardware resource occupation rate. Finally, field tests are conducted which proves the reliability of the system.
