摘要
提出了基于四阶矩技术可靠性灵敏度设计的数值计算方法,讨论了具有非正态随机参数的履带式车辆传动系统主动轮可靠性灵敏度设计问题,给出了主动轮可靠性灵敏度的变化规律,研究了设计参数的改变对履带式车辆主动轮可靠性的影响,为履带式车辆传动系统主动轮的可靠性设计提供了理论依据,研究成果可以推广到相关机械可靠性灵敏度设计领域,具有非常重要的实用意义。
Numerical method for reliability sensitivity design is presented based on fourth moment technique, and the reliability sensitivity of the capstan in track-laying vehicle with non-normal random parameters is extensively discussed. The variation regu- larities of reliability sensitivity are obtained and the effects of design parameters on reliability of the capstan in track-laying vehi- cle are studied. The method presented provides the theoretic basis for the reliability design of the capstan in track-laying vehicle, the production can be very useful if it extended to correlated area of machine sensitivity design.
