摘要
对B公司PC机组装生产线的瓶颈工序进行标准化改善,以解决组装生产线装配率低的问题。主要运用预定动作时间标准法中的模特法(MOD法)对生产线的瓶颈工序进行分析和标准化改善;通过对瓶颈工序各动作的分析,找出不符合标准、不必要的动作,运用5W2H提问法对出现的问题进行分析并找出原因,运用动作经济原则对这些不规范的动作进行改善并使其达到标准化、规范化。经过改善,生产线平衡率由原来的33.6%提升到63.5%。
With the bottleneck of production line of B company PC unit process for standardization to improve, to solve the prob- lem of assembly line assembly rate is low. Mainly use the action time of the scheduled standard method of MOD method ( model method) to analyze the bottleneck of production process and improve standardization; through the analysis of the bottleneck process each action, and find out does not accord with a standard, unnecessary action, using question 5W2H method to analyze the problems and find out why, using the economic principle of motion to the non-standard action to improve and to the standardiza- tion and normalization. After improvement, production line balancing rate from 33.6% to 63.5%.
