摘要
论文基于制度理论,构建了制度驱动要素、政治关联与企业标准竞争参与意向的关系模型,探讨强制性、规范性和模仿性要素对标准竞争参与意向的影响机制,以及政治关联的中介作用。运用结构方程模型对265家中国企业的数据分析发现,制度环境中的强制性、规范性和模仿性要素对企业标准竞争参与意向均具有显著正向影响;政治关联在这一影响机制中起到部分中介作用。本研究系统探讨了标准竞争的非效率驱动因素,丰富了标准竞争驱动要素的理论研究,有助于企业在标准竞争中获取合法性并取得竞争优势。
Based on the institutional theory, this paper constructs a model of institutional driving factors, political connection and firm' s participating intention in standard competition, which probes into the influencing mechanism of coercive, normative and mimetic factors on the participating intention in standard competition, as well as the mediating role of political connection. By using the structural equation model to analyze the data from 265 Chinese firms, the paper finds the coercive, normative and mimet- ic factors in institutional environment have significant positive impact on participating intention in the standard competition, and political connection plays a partial intermediary role in the influencing mechanism. This study systematically explores the non - efficient driving factors of standard competition. It not only enriches the theoretical research on the driving factors of standard competition but also helps firms to acquire legitimacy in the standard competition and obtain competitive advantages.
