老年非小细胞肺癌组织中Ab1-相互作用蛋白1水平变化及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测Ab1相互作用蛋白-1(Abi1)在老年非小细胞肺癌组织中的蛋白水平,并分析其与肿瘤增殖、转移等的关系。方法非小细胞肺癌手术治疗患者65例患者,收集其癌组织及癌旁组织,检测Abi1在癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况,并分析其与相关临床参数之间的关系。结果癌组织中Abi1及癌胚抗原(CEA)的表达量均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示癌组织中Abi1的表达量与CEA呈正相关(r=0.644,P<0.05)。肺癌组织中Abi1的表达量与肿瘤体积及病理类型无关(P>0.05)。中低分化肺癌Abi1表达量显著高于高分化肺癌(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中Abi1表达量高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。结论 Abi1在肺癌组织中呈现高表达,其表达水平与肿瘤恶性程度、淋巴结转移等密切相关。
