Axl及其配体蛋白生长停滞特异性基因6与肿瘤的相关性研究进展

摘要 肿瘤的发生是一个复杂的病理过程,涉及多个因素。其内外因素及分子生物学基础涉及多种癌基因和抑癌基因的异常表达。近些年来,Axl及其配体生长停滞特异性基因(Gas)6成为研究热点之一。
