摘要
基于教师专业的教会学生学习、育人和服务的内涵,本文提出了教师全专业属性的概念,而现实中教师的"半专业属性"显著,而且带来了诸多影响学生学业的问题。本文建构了教师全专业属性的内涵,并讨论了教师全专业属性的价值和特征,文章认为,教师全专业属性要体现科学主义和人文主义的融合,这可以成为未来研究的方向。
In reality, teacher semi-professionalism is obvious and harmful to the student learning, the construction of curriculum and the teaching practice. To refute the existing problems, and based on three domains of teacher profession, that is, to teacher the student to learn, to cultivate people, and to serve the profession and the community, this paper proposes a concept of "teacher holistic professionalism". It further discusses the values and characters of this construct, and finally argues that this construct helps to interpret teacher professional development through integrating scientism and humanism.
