摘要
课堂是实现学校内部公平的重要场所。课堂公平就是教师在课堂中赋予每个学生平等的权利、均等的机会和底线的教育资源,根据每个学生的差异因材施教,促进学生全面而自由的个性化发展。课堂公平包括三个层面:平等性公平:同等情况,同等对待;差异性公平:不同情况,不同对待;发展性公平:全面合格基础上的个性化发展。
