摘要
在学校管理中,教师、学生和家长的多元参与符合教育发展趋势,具有重要意义。本研究基于102所公立中小学4890名教师的调查数据,对学校管理中民主参与的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果显示,在学校管理中,校长威权领导和学校民主制度会对学校管理中的民主参与产生影响,其中,以人为本的学校组织氛围在上述关系中起中介作用,同时学校民主制度会调节校长威权领导对学校管理中民主参与的影响路径。本文的研究结果对促进学校管理方式的民主转向具有参考意义。
Teacher participation, student participation and parental participation in school management are in accord with the development trends of education, and have great significance. Based on the survey data of 4890 teachers in 102 public primary and secondary schools, this study makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of democratic participation in school management. The results show that both principals'authoritative leadership style and school democratic system play a role in influencing the democratic participation in school management. The human oriented school organizational climateis found as a mediator in the above relationships. School democratic system is found as a moderator between principals" authoritative leadership style and democratic participation in school management. The results of this paper have significant reference value for promoting the democratic shift of school management.
