摘要
阿尔伯塔大学创新型人才培养实践具有"以学生为本",课程体系设置融入创新理念,教学方式激发创新思维,实践训练培养创新能力和科研训练提升创新能力的特点,我国创新型人才的培养应借鉴阿尔伯塔大学的经验,落实"以学生为本"的理念,创新课程体系、变革教育教学方式,开展学术诚信教育,重视实践训练质量,夯实质量保障机制。
What University of Alberta has done in cultivating innovative talents is characterized by the ＂student- based＂ concept, the innovative concept integrated into the curriculum system, the innovative thinking inspired by teaching method, the innovative ability cultivated by practical training and improved by scientific research training, and China should draw lessons from the experiences of University of Alberta to implement the ＂student-based＂ con- cept, innovate the curriculum system, reform the educational teaching way, carry out the education of academic integrity, attach great importance to the quality of practical training and consolidate the quality guarantee mechanism in cultivating innovative talents.
