高职高专英语考试改革研究——基于高职高专英语考试现状和改革需求的调查 被引量:5

摘要 教育部考试中心于2016年对全国122所高职高专院校开展的高职高专英语考试现状和改革需求调查表明:现行普通高考英语不能满足高职高专招生需求;现有国内英语水平考试不能很好地反映高职高专人才培养和就业需求;高职高专英语教学评价方式比较单一和传统,形成性评价难以开展。高职高专英语考试改革思路为:在国家英语能力等级考试中设立针对高职高专的考试级别,试行分类招生英语考试;提高考试的系统性、针对性和功用性;建立形成性评价和终结性评价合理结合和平衡发展的高职高专英语评价体系。 Through the survey of the situation and reform demand of English exam in 122 vocational colleges by National Education Examinations Authority in 2016, the results show that the English exam of current National En- trance Exams cannot meet the demand for the admission of vocational colleges; the existing national English level test can't reflect well the demand for the training program and employment of vocational colleges; there exists a single and traditional way of English teaching evaluation in vocational colleges and the formative assessment is difficult to carry out. The reform of English exam in vocational colleges should be carried out in such ways as setting up the placement tests for the students in vocational colleges in the national English level exam and trying out a classified English en- rollment exam; enhancing the systematization, pertinence and practicability of the exam; building an English exam as- sessment system in vocational colleges, reasonably combining formative evaluation with summative evaluation with the balanced development.
