英语类专业师生导学制的理论依托与实践要素

摘要 近年来,英语类专业教学中出现了学生学习主体意识淡薄、被动学习倾向明显、自主学习能力薄弱等问题,师生导学是应对这些问题的有益尝试。师生导学制以任课教师为导师,以学业导生辅导为帮促方式,依托自主学习理论、双主体理论和多元智能理论,以导师与导生的选聘原则、师生导学的责任划分以及师生导学的制度建设为实践要素,在英语类专业人才培养中发挥着独特的作用。 In recent years, English majors teaching have such problems as the weak subjective consciousness in learning, the obvious passive-learning tendency and the weak ability in autonomous learning. The teacher-student study guiding system is a beneficial attempt to solve these problems. The teacher-student study guiding system plays a unique role in cultivating talent in English majors with the teacher at class as the tutor, study guiding as an aid way, and takes such ways as practical elements including the principle to select and engage the tutor and the guiding student, the responsibility division between teachers and students and the system building relying on the autonomous learning theory, the double subjective theory and the multi-intelligence theory.
