用马克思再生产理论指导我国的“供给侧结构性改革”

Guiding China's "Supply-side Structural Reform" with Marx's Theory of Reproduction

"新常态"提出的许许多多现实问题启示我们,在运用马克思关于再生产理论指导"供给侧结构性改革"过程中,要把这一理论置于马克思主义更为深厚的基础之上,从马克思主义的根本立场——即以人民为中心的立场——看问题,用马克思关于再生产的理论结构将"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大理念给予系统化、充实化,并深入调查研究了解我国经济发展新常态的具体实际,使"供给侧结构性改革"朝着社会主义的方向健康发展。

Many practical problems raised by the 'new normal' suggest that,in the process of guiding China's supply-side structural reform with Marx's theory of reproduction,we should put this theory on the more profound basis of Marxism and look at the problems from the fundamental standpoint of Marxism,which is the people-centered standpoint.We should use Marxist theoretical structure of reproduction to systematize and enrich the five ideas of 'innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing' and thoroughly investigate and understand the specific reality of China's new normal of economic development,so as to make the supply-wide structural reform develop soundly towards the direction of socialism.
