基本经济制度是中国共产党依据马克思主义基本原理,从我国社会主义初级阶段的实际出发,历经艰苦探索得出的科学结论,而且载入宪法。在整个社会主义初级阶段都必须坚持基本经济制度。坚持公有制为主体,还是"让民营经济主体化",是关系我国社会的社会主义性质的原则问题。私营经济只能是社会主义经济的补充,绝不能成为主体;只能被鼓励、支持和引导,绝不能起主导作用。必须充分估计私有化的危害:从政治上说,私有化是会葬送中国特色社会主义事业的;从经济上说,私有化是违背客观经济规律的历史倒退行为;从意识形态来说,私有化必然导致腐朽没落的剥削阶级思想泛滥。

The basic economic system is the scientific conclusion made by Communist Party of China after arduous exploration based on China's reality in the primary stage of socialism according to the basic principle of Marxism.It is written into the Constitution.China must adhere to the basic economic system in the entire primary stage of socialism.It is a problem of principle that is related to the nature of socialism of Chinese society to choose the public ownership or private economy as the mainstay.Private economy can only be the supplement to the socialist economy,but never the mainstay;it can only be encouraged,supported and guided,but can never play a leading role.It is necessary to fully estimate the dangers of privatization:politically,privatization will ruin the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics;economically,it is a historical retrogression against objective economic laws;ideologically,it will definitely cause the overflow of corrupt and downfallen thought of the exploiting class.
