超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞用于非插管胸腔镜手术麻醉体会 被引量：25

摘要 全身麻醉下插人双腔支气管导管实施肺隔离技术一直以来是电视胸腔镜手术（video—assisted thoracoscopic surgery，VATS）最常用的方法，而非插管电视胸腔镜手术（non—intubated video—assisted thoracoscopic surgery，NIVAS）是通过完善的局部和区域阻滞以及适当镇静，保留自主呼吸下完成手术，
