摘要
本文运用随机前沿分析模型测度了2005—2014年间医药制造业技术研发阶段与成果转化阶段的创新效率并运用空间计量经济学方法探索了两阶段创新效率的影响因素。结果表明:两阶段创新效率均处于较低水平,且具有明显的空间相关性;空间邻近性、区域经济发展水平与人力资本水平等对创新效率具有显著正向影响;政府资助可提升技术研发的效率;企业规模和经营绩效与成果转化效率呈正相关关系;区域创新氛围对两阶段的创新效率均表现出显著的负向影响。
This study,employing the stochastic frontier analysis method,separately measured the innovation efficiencies of pharmaceutical industry in China in the stages of technological development and achievement transformation from 2005 to 2014. And then spatial econometric models were constructed to explore the factors that influenced the innovation efficiency in the two stages. The empirical results showed that,firstly,the two-stage innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical industry were at a low level,and had significant spatial correlation. Secondly,the spatial proximity,level of regional economic development and human capital had significantly positive impact on the two-stage innovation efficiency. Thirdly,government support had significantly positive influence on the innovation efficiency in the technological development stage,while enterprise scale and performance had significantly positive influence on the innovation efficiency in the achievement transformation stage. Finally, regional innovation atmosphere showed significantly negative impact on the two-stage innovation efficiency.
