摘要
大学生事务管理的核心要素是"尊重个性、发展共性",故而跨文化管理就成为题中应有之义。通过对大学生个体与群体的特征分析,结合目前大学生事务管理中的困境解读,以期构建出适合大学生身心发展特点的跨文化管理路向。
The core elements of the management of college students is＂respect for individuality,the development of common＂,so cross-cultural management has become the meaning of the problem. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of individual and group of college students,combined with the current difficulties in the management of college students’ affairs,in order to build a suitable way for the development of college students’ physical and psychological characteristics of cross-cultural management.
