摘要 高校实施员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Program,简称EAP)有利于确保高校员工的身心健康,提高人力资源质量。借助囚徒困境经典模型分析高校实施EAP博弈的策略以及行为选择,从完全竞争环境和政府参与环境两个维度分析高校实施EAP的博弈策略选择,通过加强合作、建立交流与信任、政府干预机制,实现高校实施EAP的帕累托最优战略,从而破解高校实施EAP博弈囚徒困境,为高校实施及推广EAP提供一个全新的视角及理论支撑。 The implementation of Employee Assistance Program( abbr. EAP) in colleges and universities helps to guarantee the employee’s physical and mental health,and improve the quality of human resources. With the classical model of "prisoner’s dilemma",this paper tries to illustrate the strategies and behavior choices when colleges and universities carry out EAP game from the two dimensions called perfect competition environment and the government involved in environment,to realize Pareto optimal strategy by enhancing cooperation,establishing communication and trust,and applying government intervention mechanism,and also to provide a new perspective and theory in implementing and promoting EAP in colleges and universities.
