摘要
剑桥大学将高等教育质量保证视为高校自身的学术事务,通过其完善的组织机构体系、严格的校内专业审批、质量监控及教学评估制度为其人才培养提供了全方位的保障,实现学术权力与行政权力之间的合理定位与相互协调,构建了一种对大学精神资源、学术资源与物质资源高效利用的运转机制。剑桥大学的成功经验为我国高校内部教学质量保证机制的建立和发展提供了有益启示,高校应该重视质量文化,强调基础教学在教学评估中的分量。
Cambridge University regards higher education quality assurance as an academic institution of higher education. The world-fame university provides a full range of protection for its talent training through its perfect organizational system,strict professional examination and approval within the school,quality control and teaching evaluation system. It is the academic power and administrative power between the reasonable positioning and coordination that build a university spiritual resources,academic resources and efficient use of material resources mechanism. The successful experience of Cambridge University provides useful enlightenment for the establishment and development of the internal teaching quality assurance mechanism in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should attach importance to the quality culture and emphasize the value of basic teaching in teaching evaluation.
