Reflection and Suggestions on Establishment of Inclusive Education Major (Undergraduate Level) in Higher Education Institutions in China

摘要 从融合教育在我国的文化土壤生成、我国随班就读的发展需求以及高等师范院校特殊教育专业发展的整体情况出发,论述了融合教育专业(本科层次)在我国高等师范院校中开设的可行性。在此基础上,从人才培养目标、课程设置和实践教学体系等三个方面初步提出建设融合教育专业的思路。认为有条件的高等师范院校应该主动适应融合教育发展的趋势,逐步设立融合教育专业,从而引导国内特殊教育师资培养体系的变革,促使我国教师培养体系进一步完善。 This article discusses the feasibility of establishing of inclusive education major( undergraduate level) in higher education institutions in China,according to analysis of the socio-cultural formation of inclusive education,the current requirement of LRC and the entire development of special education in China. On these bases,the approaches to establishment of inclusive education major are proposed from three aspects,including personal training objectives,curriculums and teaching practice teaching systems. Moreover,it is suggested that some higher education institutions,which have the training ability,should take the initiative to adapt to the developmental trend of inclusive education and gradually establish the major of inclusive education,which can lead to the change of the training system of special education teacher and improving teacher training system in China.
