Food safety problem is closely related to each one of us, we must master the relevant knowledge on food safety, improve food safety education, only in this way can ensure the food safety, to maintain social stability, to avoid foodborne illness constantly rising. This paper systematically expounds the food safety testing course teaching practice reform path, aims to further improve the level of food safety testing course teaching.
