摘要
食品卫生学是食品工程专业的重要课程,并与多门学科有很深的联系,如何将课程讲得通俗易懂,选择合适的案例十分必要。本文通过阐述案例选择的时效性、经典性、难易性等原则,并举例说明教学中部分案例的应用,探索提高教学水平的方式。
Food hygiene is an important course of food engineering specialty, which has a deep I connection with many disciplines. How to make the course understanded easily and select the appropriate case for teaching is necessary. This paper expounds the principle of timeliness, classic and ease of case selection, and the application of some cases in teaching is illustrated with examples.
